 3 Avocado’sSoft ones please 😉 do yourself a favor
 3 Big cloves of garlicI also use a whole solo garlic sometimes
 1 Half a regular sized onion or a whole shallot
 1 Lime.. Juiced
 4 tbsp Vinegar or balsamic
 6 tbsp Extra virgin olive oilLoads of different qualities here.. pay as much for your oil as possible 😉
 15 g Fresh Italian Herbs!Usually I buy this as a mix and I don't use
 2 tbsp Mayonaise
 1 tsp Salt (preferably grey seasalt or vulcanic salt.. mineral party!!) & pepper according to taste

Start with cutting the garlic and the onion as small as possible and let this soke for a while in the oil. (molecular gastronomy blabla)
After this add the spices.. in the case of fresh spics.. cut em as small as possible.

After this add the rest of the ingredients and make a smooth mush out of all of it 🙂

Let the core of the Avocado sit in the Guacamole, looks nice.
